Dear Supplier,

We are in extremely urgent need for Wheat Flour with the below specifications:

Quantity: Min 10x20FCL (load 24mt into each 20FCL)
Packing: 50KG PP
Shipment: Prompt
Payment: 100% confirmed, irrevocable, transshipment & partial shipments allowed sight LC

Specifications:
Protein: Min. 11%
Moisture: Max 14%
Wet Gluten: Min 27%
Ash: Max 0, 65%

We have been accepted for the Iraqi Government Tender for a request of 500, 000MT over a 3 year contract. We are at finalisation stages but just need to ensure that we are dealing with a legitimate manufacturer who can provide the below price:
