Project

The project will be implemented in two States, it is Germany and Lithuania. In Germany, will construct a plant of solar energy in Lithuania - from wind energy. The first and largest phase of the construction of solar power in Germany. For investments in the project guaranteed the Swiss bank KATANALBANK. This project will be carried out by a Swiss company IMOTOP GmbH, director Alex Sewing. Investment in this project in phases would be about 170 million euros. The initial investment should be 46 988 000 euro. This amount is needed for preparatory works and road construction. Price oscillator with on-site delivery and installation of approximately 2 000 0000 euro as elektropark of 60 generators will need 120 000 000 euro. Connections in the network will be about 72 000 euro. Construction of substations - approximately 2 940 000 euro. The payback of the project is planned in 10 years. States that planned to buy our electricity will be 0, 05 Euro per 1 kW. As a generator an average of 1 hour produces 2 MW of energy per day was built elektropark produces 2 880 MW energy. This is 144 000 euro. Profit for the year - 51 840 000 euro. Given that during the operation elektroparka will cost, it is estimated that net profit would be 20 640 000 euro per year. We plan to 85% of the profits to pay the investor or lender who will finance the project. The first payment after the investments are planned in two years.
