RFQ Details

I am looking for a United States Manufacturer to help me with the manufacturing of my bed rails for a full size bed.

What I am looking for:
- Bed rails manufactured that attach a full size headboard to the footboard
- these will be manufactured in many different finishes (Cherry, Espresso & White are the colors I am interested in manufacturing immediately. If you are able to help me, and I am satisfied with the initial order turn around time and quality, I would also need these rails in many different colors)
- the rails will include four (4) full size slats, that are pre-drilled on each end
- the hardware needed to attach these rails to the headboard and footboard
- four (4) bolts
- four (4) bolts
- eight (8) screws
- four (4) caps
- eight (8) split/pressure washers
- two (2) allen keys
- two (2) wooden cpas
- the rails will be packaged in boxes appropriate for shipping
- instructions will also be included (which I will provide)

I am currently selling about 800-1000 pairs of these a month (in a variety of colors). My warehouse is located in North Carolina.

I prefer to use either Mahogany or Maple Wood, but I am open to suggestions. Quality is my main concern, as well as the lead time for such items.
