RFQ Details

1.1 Solidarites received a grant from the European Commission for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation called Improved Sanitary Situation in Bardera Somalia and intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract. The European Commission will establish the final amount of the grant and will liquidate it to Solidarites on completion of the operation on the basis of the expenses presented and declared eligible. No party other than Solidarites shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will the Commission entertain any request for indemnity or payment directly submitted by the humanitarian organisations contractors.

1.2 The subject of the contract shall be the delivery, at Solidarites office in Design Centre, Tausi Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya by the Contractor, of the following supplies: Wooden Planks for bridge construction

All the wooden planks should be in Mahogani wood, completely dry.
The delivery should be 3 weeks after the contract signature.

1.3 The Contractor shall comply strictly with the terms of the Special Conditions and the technical annex (including any changes under the proposed variant).

1.4 The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be Solidarites office in Design Centre, Tausi Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya, by the Solidarites Logistic Coordinator
