RFQ Details

Hi,

Could you prepare for me a valuation for 1000 silicone wristbands with embossed (concave) wording.
First part of this wording will be the same for all bands (it will be logotype, company name, phone numer). Second part of this wording will be different for each band (it will be a unique number). Example: LOGOTYPE + COMPANY NAME + 0 555 444 333 + UNIQUE NUMBER ***7890

Below you will find more details for a valuation:
- Uniform bands without any buckle (such this one http://www.silikonki.pl/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/product/4421dc5d3e4f432f7c6219f***ae0.jpg)
or
- with very simply buckles (could you prepare any proposal, visualization of this buckles)

Color details:
- colorless and transparent (but I wonder if the wording will be shown - what do you think?)
- transparent, light green (something like this one http://www.silikonki.pl/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/product/4421dc5d3e4f432f7c6219f***ae0.jpg)
- white and green (non-transparent) - external part of the bracelets will be white and interior part will be green.
- White (whole bands will be white)

To sum up could you prepare a valuation for all option. It means for
- Uniform bands without any buckle for 4 color option
And
- with very simple buckles for 4 color option
