I write on behalf of Opean Energy, a privately owned global marketing and trading company specializing in energy linked commodities. Our main objective is to facilitate the global commerce and physical delivery of bulk renewable energy related raw materials.

Opean Energy's business is based upon our relationships with leading renewable energy focused companies throughout the world, in particular the solar industry.

We wish to purchase the solar cells you advertised on Alibaba. We have strong financial backing behind us and wish to purchase your broken cells in as much quantity as possible, over a long multi year agreement. please can you arrange a 200kg sample for us and advise us of the price of the broken cells if on a 5 year contract?
