With this letter I want to tell you about my self that I am a engineering graduate in electronics and currently working as sales and servicing engineer in Korean rice milling machine company they are having their office in India and they are selling color sorting machines only for rice.
But I and some of my friend have decided to start their own business but since we are not having much financial support so we decided to form a company which can provide marketing support for some companies who want to enter in India to promote their business. So if we can get support of some of companies like you're than we can make our dream come true.
As you knowing that India is currently largest producer of tea, spices, fruits, vegetables etc. but to make these commodities as per export standard sorting and grading machines are required. Also to use these goods for local consumption there quality should be good thus these machines such as sorting, peeling, grading are required
So if your company is interested in taping this sector of Indian market than we can solidify all our plans but initially we need some of your support apart of support if one of your company representatives can come here then it would be highly beneficial for me.

Apart of this can you please send me details of basic working of machine and some technical aspects then it will prove very beneficial for me. Hard copy will be more beneficial or send me some documents by courier
