Buyer Information

RFQ Details

We are representing a Buyer Group with several end-users of JP-54. We would like to invite direct sellers/resellers or their representatives with POP to send us their offer. We will buy any quantity that sellers can prove upon their products. Our procedures are very simple and outlined below.

Our Procedures

1. Seller sends FCO to Buyer for review.
2. Buyer sends ICPO to the Seller.
3. Buyer and Seller sign NCNDA and MFPA
4. Seller sends draft contract to Buyer for review.
5. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract.
6. Buyer return signed contract.
7. Seller and Buyer exchange partial POP plus 2% PB and POF via Pre-advice SWIFT MT799.
8. Seller submits Certificate of Tank Owner Ship to Buyer while buyer makes payment via SWIFT RDL/C to Seller Simultaneously.
9. Uploading commence as per contract.
10. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and all Brokers/Agents same time out-turn shipment delivered per slot via SWIFT fund transfer within 3 banking days after uploading
11. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller.
12. The Seller must provide the following documents as POP:
a. Copy of license to export, issued by the ministry of energy.
b. Copy of approval to export, issued by the ministry of justice.
c. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
d. Copy of statement of availability of the product.
e. Copy of Transnet contract to transport the Product to the Port
f. Copy of the Port Storage agreement.
