To whom it may concern, AKRAM OIL ENERGY, a Mexican-based energy importation company, is currently seeking strategic alliances with reliable international suppliers for the steady import of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (EN590 10ppm) via barge deliveries to terminals in Mexico. We are interested in establishing long-term business relationships with partners capable of providing the following: Product Specification: - Diesel Type: EN590 (Ultra Low Sulfur) - Sulfur Content: 10 ppm - Standard: EURO 5 compliant - Preferred Origin: USA, Singapore, Netherlands, or other certified sources - Delivery Mode: Barge (CFR or CIF to Gulf of Mexico ports - e.g., Tuxpan, Dos Bocas, Altamira) Initial Order Details: - Volume per shipment: Approx. 25,000 to 40,000 metric tons - Delivery Frequency: Monthly (or as available) - Contract Term: 12 months with renewal option - Payment Terms: Please specify (we are open to SBLC, TT, or Letter of Credit) - Required Documentation: COA, Q&Q report, Bill of Lading, MSDS, and compliance certificates AKRAM OIL ENERGY | Commercial Proposal AKRAM OIL ENERGY We kindly request: 1.
