we deal M100-75 and BLCO spot in China and CIF to China.My buyer's requirements:
buyer won't pay any upfront fee/payment because of scammer;buyer request seller provide 2% non-operative PB before buyer issue non-transferable DLC,nice/reasonable price;no long chain to end seller,if the SOC is not from end seller, then the authorization letter of refinery/end seller must be provided;with nice/reasonable price, past performance from end seller is welcome to prove seller's capability
